She has taken all the work load of managing properties and all that entails, like making sure my tenants are taken care of in a courteous and timely manner which has taken a lot of burden from my shoulders. We couldn’t be happier with our choice to switch management firms to Premier on our Medical office building in Woodland Hills. Response times to inquiries were significantly lower than with our old manager. Whether it was phone calls, emails or texts, we typically received replies within an hour from Premier versus our previous property manager which often took days to respond. Premiere was also far more proactive with addressing issues before our tenants our we requested them. The prior management company would wait for a tenant to complain before addressing their problem and often times the complaint had been elevated to the partners because our old property manager did not respond to their request in a timely manner. In addition, Premier often recommends preventative maintenance issues that will likely cost us more money if we wait to address them at a later date. The prior manager’s monthly status report was simply access to their AppFolio account where we could review a monthly summary of the income and expenses. Premier sends us a detailed 40 to 50 pages report with current color photographs of the entire property along with a much more detailed overview of the rental collections and expense breakdowns. The prior manger never visited our property despite being located just a few blocks away. Premier has a representative visit our property twice a month. Premier also contacts our tenants once a month to see if they need anything. This will help us significantly when it is time for lease renewals. In addition to the aforementioned, Premier charges us about 35% less to manage our property than our previous manager.
