About
Michael Chang currently serves as Principal and Regional Manager at Premier Real Estate Management. With over 13 years of commercial real estate, Michael has significant expertise in investment sales and lease transactions and property management. He began his career in 2010 as Vice President at SVN, where he has successfully sold more than $500 million of commercial real estate assets. Michael also brings valuable management expertise from his 6-year tenure as property manager at Century West Properties in Santa Monica and through his role in acquisitions at a boutique private equity firm in Beverly Hills, CA.
Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate and Finance from the University of California Riverside.
